Unlike other coated strings that are treated after the strings are made, we start by sending out our 80/20 cover wire to be coated. We then wind the coated cover wire around the core, and finish the set with cryogenically treated, brass plated plain steel strings.

The result is an acoustic guitar set that gives you the vibrant sound and sparkle of an uncoated string, but with additional longevity and durability.
